When does the plaquenil kick in? DailyStrength I have been on Plaquenil for about 9 weeks 200mg twice daily. I started seeing some improvement in about 5 weeks. Was told it would take at least 2 months to see noticable improvement. I went to my Rheumy for a follow up at 8 weeks and most of my inflamation is gone.
